What to write about
- Buying for a team. What it costs for the
shape of team you have, and anything the pricing
page does not answer.
- Your account. Something you cannot do from
your own dashboard, or an organization that is not behaving the way you expect.
- Your data. A copy of what we hold, a
correction, or a question about the privacy
policy.
- Something that looks wrong. A bug, or a page
that says one thing while the service does another. If it is a security problem, say so in the
subject line and we will read it first.
